Tokyo · Osaka · Kyoto · and everywhere in between

Take your band
big in Japan.

Crowds that lose their minds. Bullet trains and ramen between soundchecks. Touring Japan is on every band's bucket list — and it can be your next tour. We make it actually happen.

Where are you right now?

Two ways in. Pick the one that sounds like you — it sets up your enquiry.

Have shows / contacts

We've got shows lined up — we just need the visa

You've been invited to a festival, you know a venue, or you've self-booked dates — but you have no legal way to be sponsored and the Entertainer visa is a wall. We become your inviting organization, draw up the venue contracts, and file the COE/visa.

Starting from scratch

We want to tour Japan — handle everything

You've got the fans and the ambition but no venues, no contacts, no plan. We route the tour, book the venues, draft the contracts, sponsor and file the visa, and help you land on the ground. One partner, whole tour.

How it works

Start 3–4 months before your dates — the visa review alone takes 1–3 months.

  1. 1

    Feasibility call

Free 30 minutes. We look at your dates, your draw, your band size, and tell you honestly whether and how it can happen.

  2. 2

    Shows & contracts

Need venues? We find and book them. Either way, we draw up all the venue contracts — held with us as your agency — exactly as immigration requires.

  3. 3

    We sponsor & file

We act as your official inviting organization in Japan and file the Certificate of Eligibility for every member.

  4. 4

    You play Japan

Visa stamped, you arrive legal and sorted — and play the shows instead of fighting paperwork.

Why us, not a law firm or "figure it out yourself"

Most options leave you doing the scary part alone. We own the outcome end-to-end.

Frequently asked questions

Do foreign bands really need a visa to play paid shows in Japan?

In almost all cases, yes. Paid performances generally require the Entertainer status of residence. Playing paid shows on a tourist/short-term entry is a real legal risk that can get you barred from re-entry. A Japan-based organization has to sponsor and file for you — that's the part we handle.

What is a Certificate of Eligibility (COE) and who applies for it?

The COE is the document that lets the embassy issue your Entertainer visa. Crucially, it must be filed inside Japan by your sponsoring organization — you can't apply for it yourself from abroad. We act as that organization and file it for every member of your party.

How far in advance do we need to start?

Plan for 3–4 months. The immigration review of the COE alone takes roughly 1–3 months, plus document prep and 5–10 business days for the embassy to issue the visa. The sooner you talk to us, the safer your dates.

We don't have any venues yet — can you still help?

Yes — that's our Full Tour + Visa service. We find and book the venues, draw up all the contracts, sponsor you, and file the visa. You bring the music; we build the rest.

How much does it cost to tour Japan as a band?

It depends on band size, number of shows, and whether you need booking. Visa Only (you have a sponsor) starts from ¥150,000 plus per-member fees; Visa & Sponsorship (we sponsor you and handle the contracts) from ¥250,000; and Full Tour + Visa (we book everything) is custom from ¥800,000+. You get a fixed quote on your free call — no surprises.

Can you guarantee the visa will be approved?

No one honestly can — it's a government decision. What we can do is prepare a strong, complete, correctly-structured application based on a case we've already gotten approved, and tell you up front if we think your situation is risky.
